I was born in a country destroyed by fear and nationalism. I had to flee and relocate my life one too many times. Watching Donald Trump happen….is why movies like Purge – The Election Year exist. Trump is what happens when racism, fear and fascism take root.
Trump did exactly what Trump would do in his RNC speech, in all its great fascist glory.... paint America as the dystopian wasteland destroyed by the "outsiders".... (funny, Native Americans probably thought the same), inspire paranoid fear mongering, division among the people, trying to literally melt the melting pot...then like the Dark “Hero” ...he's the second coming to "fix" America…bored billionaire without any political experience appealed to the KKK of this country and the racists went wild...Donny is here to protect you from Mexicans, blacks and browns. From gays and women he does not deem “hot” like his daughter Ivanka. He is the true authoritarian leader. But bad news for you Donny...Hitler did it better in Germany. Just sayin'. I have never in my life seen anyone hate America as much as this orange motherfucker. I read The Hunger Games few years ago and for a young adult novel, it was a genuinely scary portrayal of society when the FEW seize the power, separate people and literally take everything from them: dignity, rights and opportunity. He would probably put the Mexicans, those rapists and murderers, in District 13. Or whichever District sows his shitty suits. Gays in District 8 since you know, if anyone is going to “destroy marriage”, its Trump and the list of his progressively younger wives. Women would be in District 5…grooming his next wife.
I can go on and on with different analogies and colorful language, it’s absolutely IRRELEVANT to the big picture here. This narcissistic, inexperienced, on a power trip piece of human shit covered cheeto wants to be Leader of the Free world without naming SINGLE policy or any experience in foreign matter. “Cut taxes! Terrorist! 9/11!” …it’s like a bad episode of Family Guy. People are literally only voting for him because he so masterfully incited hatred and violence without saying it directly. Then he picks a Vice who will make you ladies have funerals for your miscarried fetuses and who wants to monitor your genitals in local Targets. THIS IS WHAT YOU PICKED, YOU DUMB GOP MOTHERFUCKERS. I hope to God your archaic, sum of all fears party burns to the ground and ashes get spread all over so that no place exists for you to mourn it and remember it.
